1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the plot888 platform at plot888.vip (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion terms (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and plot888 ("the Company," "we," or "us"). The Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and subject to PAGCOR regulatory requirements applicable to online gaming licensees.

2Eligibility

To register and use the plot888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations for online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of plot888, or an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the plot888 Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gambling platform.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.

plot888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending completion of the verification process.

3Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the plot888 Platform. Opening, operating, or controlling more than one account — whether under your own identity or under a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. plot888 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify plot888 support immediately.

For accounts registered with a Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, or DITO), OTP-based identity confirmation is required to activate the account. Accounts registered via email require email verification before deposits are permitted.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the plot888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 via GCash or Maya; ₱500 via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank.
• Deposit processing: GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your plot888 wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking hours.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods used for deposits on the account, subject to KYC verification.
• Withdrawal processing: Verified accounts receive GCash and Maya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes during operational hours (9am–1am PST). Bank transfers are processed within one (1) banking day.
• KYC requirement: All withdrawal requests require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification, including government-issued ID and proof of age confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Refused transactions: plot888 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction that is suspected of being fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of AMLA obligations.

plot888 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified third-party sources may be returned less any applicable transaction fees.

5Bonuses and Promotions

plot888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing. plot888 reserves the right to withhold bonuses from accounts under investigation or where abuse is suspected.
• Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be made.
• Bonus funds are separated from real-money funds in your account wallet. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC verification; bonus funds and associated winnings remain locked until wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses have a validity period stated at the time of issue. Unused bonuses and associated pending winnings expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• plot888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Material changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via the registered email or mobile number.
• Abusive bonus activity — including but not limited to bonus hunting, coordinated multi-account wagering, and hedging strategies designed to minimize risk while meeting wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

6Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the plot888 Platform — including live dealer casino games, slot titles, bingo, e-sabong, and sports betting — are subject to the specific rules of each game type as displayed within the Platform. General gameplay terms include:

• All non-live game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested and audited for fairness in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical game events (card draws, roulette ball, dice roll) visible to players via real-time HD video stream. In the event of a stream disconnection, any unresolved bets will be settled based on the recorded game outcome.
• Sports betting results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of postponement, cancellation, or result uncertainty, plot888's settlement rules for the relevant sport apply.
• plot888 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a technical error, or placed in circumstances where the outcome was already known.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These limits are displayed within the game interface at the time of play.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the plot888 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a known or discovered error must be reported to plot888 and may not be withdrawn.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Allowing a minor (any person under the age of 21) to access or use your plot888 account.

8Responsible Gaming

plot888 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. The following responsible gaming features are available to all plot888 account holders at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via your account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
• Session timers: Set alerts for session duration to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Loss limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session, per day, or per week.
• Self-exclusion: Request temporary suspension (minimum 30 days) or permanent closure of your account at any time via the account dashboard or by contacting plot888 support. Self-exclusions take effect immediately.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of elapsed play time and net session balance.

plot888 operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework, which includes responsible gaming obligations applicable to all licensed online operators. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance. 21+ Gambling is for adults only.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the plot888 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of plot888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the plot888 Platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plot888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage or system failure.

plot888's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

plot888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not liable for losses caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events outside our reasonable control.

11Privacy

The collection, use, and protection of personal data provided by users of the plot888 Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

plot888 complies with the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and related implementing rules and regulations of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

12Amendments

plot888 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Agreement shall first be submitted to plot888 customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

For disputes related to PAGCOR-licensed gaming activities, players may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR's online gaming regulatory division through PAGCOR's official complaint channels.
